Residency & Visas

The licence is issued in days. The visas are where the weeks go.

A company with no residence visas behind it is a certificate, not an operation. Every founder, partner and employee who will actually live and work here needs a visa issued through that company — and the sequence of medicals, biometrics, permits and Emirates ID is the part of setup most firms describe least and get wrong most.

What we handle

Every visa the company can sponsor, and the file that lets it.

01

Investor and partner visas

Residence for the shareholders themselves, issued against the company’s immigration file. This is usually the first visa on a new licence and the one that unblocks everything else — including the bank account.

02

Employment visas

Staff visas under the company’s quota: entry permit, status change, medical, Emirates ID and the labour contract that has to match the visa designation. The quota itself is set at formation by the office product you chose.

03

Family sponsorship

Spouse, children and parents sponsored by a resident. Salary thresholds, attested documents and tenancy contracts are checked before anything is filed, because a rejected family file is the slowest one to recover.

04

Golden Visa

Ten-year residence for investors, entrepreneurs and qualifying professionals. We assess eligibility against the current criteria before filing, and say so plainly when a profile does not yet qualify.

The sequence

Seven steps, in an order that cannot be rearranged.

Each stage gates the next. Most delays trace to one done out of order — a medical booked before the entry permit, or an Emirates ID applied for on a status that has not yet changed.

In our signed proposals we quote one to two weeks for the visa stage once the licence is issued and the file is open. Government processing times move, and we say when they have. Every visa and residency decision rests with the relevant immigration authority; what we control is the file, its order and an honest read of eligibility before anything is submitted.

Who actually does this

A government relations officer on staff, not a runner on call.

Visa work is counter work: medicals and biometrics, issue, renewal and cancellation, re-entry permits, labour contracts, immigration cards, and the unblocking of a WPS file when a payroll run fails. Oznet keeps a dedicated PRO and Government Relations function in-house for exactly this, standing on every visa file and reachable on pro@oznetcorp.com. It is the difference between knowing a visa is delayed and knowing why.

No firm can guarantee a visa. Residence and Golden Visa decisions are made by the federal and emirate immigration authorities on their own criteria, and a firm that promises an outcome is describing a service it does not control. What we control is the completeness of the file, the order it is filed in, and the honesty of the eligibility assessment before you pay for anything.

Next step

Tell us who needs to be here.

Founders, staff, family — forty minutes on who is relocating and when gives us the visa count, which sets the office product, which sets the licence. It is the right order to decide things in.

  1. Forty minutesYou describe the business; we ask the questions that actually decide the structure.
  2. In writingWhat we would do and why, with the case against it — before any quotation.
  3. Your decisionWhether to proceed with us is a separate decision, and we are comfortable with that order.
