The advisors behind more than 1,500 UAE companies — not a call centre in front of them.
Oznet Corp was built on a simple complaint we kept hearing from founders: the person who sold them their licence was never the person who answered the phone six months later. We structured the firm so the same advisor does both.
Built against the volume model, on purpose.

Oznet Corp opened in Dubai in 2018 as a corporate structuring and formation advisory, at a time when most firms in this market were built to move volume — quote a licence fee, process the paperwork, move to the next file. We built the opposite: a small number of advisors who stay on a client’s file from the first structuring conversation through years of ongoing compliance.
That approach eventually pulled two more practices into the same group. Oznet Accounting & Taxation grew out of a pattern we saw constantly — clients who came to us to form a company almost always needed someone to keep its books and file its corporate tax return afterwards, so we built that capability in-house rather than handing clients off to a third party. Oznet Properties serves a different, more occasional need — founders reinvesting UAE profits into real estate — and runs as its own dedicated site and team at oznetproperties.com, cross-referred rather than bundled in, because that is a separate decision made at a separate time.
Since 2018 the group has set up, banked and kept compliant more than 1,500 UAE companies, working with more than 25 authorities, free zones and banks. The team profiled below is who actually does that work.
A short introduction to the firm.
Four things we hold to on every file.
One named advisor
The advisor you meet first is the one who stays on the file — through formation, and into the compliance years after.
The trade-offs, in writing
Every structure we recommend comes with the case against it, not just the case for it.
Cross-referral, not cross-selling
Accounting and Properties come up when a client’s situation actually calls for them — not on every call.
We say no
Some structures we’re asked for don’t hold up. We’d rather lose the file than form something that doesn’t.
