Investor and partner visas
Residence for the shareholders themselves, issued against the company’s immigration file. This is usually the first visa on a new licence and the one that unblocks everything else — including the bank account.
Employment visas
Staff visas under the company’s quota: entry permit, status change, medical, Emirates ID and the labour contract that has to match the visa designation. The quota itself is set at formation by the office product you chose.
Family sponsorship
Spouse, children and parents sponsored by a resident. Salary thresholds, attested documents and tenancy contracts are checked before anything is filed, because a rejected family file is the slowest one to recover.
Golden Visa
Ten-year residence for investors, entrepreneurs and qualifying professionals. We assess eligibility against the current criteria before filing, and say so plainly when a profile does not yet qualify.

Each stage gates the next. Most delays trace to one done out of order — a medical booked before the entry permit, or an Emirates ID applied for on a status that has not yet changed.

Who is eligible for the UAE Golden Visa?
There are several routes, each with its own threshold and evidence: property investors, public investors, entrepreneurs, specialised talent, outstanding students and certain professionals. Eligibility is decided on documented evidence rather than on category alone, which is why the file matters as much as the route.
How much do I need to invest for a UAE Golden Visa?
The threshold depends on the route taken. There is also a separate, shorter property investor visa below the Golden Visa threshold, which is frequently confused with it. We confirm the applicable figure and the evidence required for your route before anything is filed.
Can I sponsor my family on a UAE Golden Visa?
Yes. Spouse, children and, in defined circumstances, parents and domestic staff can be sponsored, with the dependants’ residency running alongside the holder’s.
How long does a UAE residence visa take to process?
Entry permit, medical, Emirates ID biometrics and visa stamping run in sequence, and each has its own appointment. The practical timeline is set by how quickly those appointments are booked and attended, which is what our government relations officer manages.
Can Golden Visa holders stay outside the UAE for more than six months?
Yes. Unlike a standard residence visa, the Golden Visa does not lapse after six months outside the country, which is one of the main reasons holders choose it.
